Profile of Jill Kanwischer

ACCF Treasurer

Jill Kanwischer was born, raised, and never left Windsor , Ontario Canada. She has very close family ties and lives less than a mile from the home she
grew up in. Jill lives with her three young sons and husband Art and has worked for the local fire department for the better part of 20 years.

When Lucas approached Jill to become a member of the ACCF board she didn't hesitate. Lucas is a very organized and focused individual and she knew he
was serious about making a change in his people's lives.

Since joining the ACCF Jill has worked on several joint fund-raising efforts with the firefighter's charitable group. They have hosted hockey tournaments and fundraised during festivals held at the riverfront. Jill also facilitated the funding for our student Ebert to help him attend high school. Her focus lately has been keeping the books and banking organized, and working with our accountant during tax time.
